How can you find out if an animal shelter will accept donations?
- Contact your local animal shelter.
- Share that the community is organizing donations of ice to be delivered to shelters with animals suffering from the summer heat, and you would like to request donations for their shelter.
- If the shelter says yes – ask how many animals they have living at the shelter.
- Ask if the shelter will also accept any enrichment toys.
- If the shelter says no – ask if they will accept portable coolers or fans instead.
If the shelter will accept donations, you can send us the information using the form below and we will work to coordinate the donations with sponsors.
